- 2 hour minimum lead time required for all on-line bookings (but you can make instant booking by phone)

- E mail sent confirming booking or rejection of credit card

- Allocated job number gives vehicle information and ability for you to track your driver and etc for added security.

New Users (remember to use HELP MENU)
- First Visit REGISTER and Set default pick up address.
- You are now ready to make a booking, following all the steps seeking guidance from HELP menu.
- Monitor your progress on menu at top of booking form you cannot move to next page if required fields are not completed correctly.
- On Passenger Page enter contact telephone no at time of pick up. This might not be your default contact details.
- Proceed completing all required fields in all pages
- REQUIREMENTS PAGE - IMPORTANT
- Vehicle attributes: Ensure all are relevant attributes are ticked (enabling us to charge correct fare and send right vehicle)
- Driver Notes: Type any of the following applicable to your booking
- Airport arrivals: Airline and Flight Number; departure city/airport and arrival terminal in UK
- Baby seats: Age(s) of child(ren) travelling requiring baby seats
- Deliveries: Tick Estate Car box and indicate what the delivery is e.g. Flowers, Court documents, etc. Also important to let us know how big or how many boxes.
- Wheelchair collapsible. Wheelchair accessible vehicle price on request from office.
- Any other information that is useful for the office and the driver.
- Proceed to credit card details, confirmation and book return to home and log out.
- Email will be sent confirming or rejection of booking. If rejection either try again or contact office.
